
Hello, my name is Alicja and I help domestic abuse survivors to get their confidence back through counselling. I work from Crewe office on Nantwich Road. I also offer telephone counselling and sessions on Zoom or Skype. In my work I use elements of different approaches such as: CBT, mindfulness, person-centred to suit the needs of every client in therapy.
I am very passionate about work with people who have been experiencing domestic abuse. This includes: emotional, sexual, financial and physical. I have background in child protection, mental health and substance misuse, which provides me with more understanding in working with safeguarding issues.
In therapy I also specialise in the following difficulties:
- anxiety, panic attacks and depression
- grief and bereavement
- stress and pressure
- fertility issues
- fatigue, overwhelm, sleeping problems
- relationship issues including lack of communication and affairs in relationships
- work issues
- self-esteem and self-belief
- young people from age of 11yrs
